• 3 live sessions to practice technical aspects: How Do VC Funds Work, Startup Valuation & Cash Flows, and Preferred Shares & SAFEs

More live sessions are organized to analyze real-life startup pitch decks, present an opportunity to an investment committee, negotiate term sheets, and talk with active VCs about what the job is like.
